Aviation

We provide reinsurance for commercial airline hull and liability as well as general aviation. We write on a quota share and excess of loss basis frequently using industry loss warranties. We also write aviation retrocessional business.

Surety, Credit, Political Risk and Mortgage

We write surety reinsurance primarily on an excess of loss basis and entertain mortgage insurance primarily on a capped quota share basis. We underwrite trade credit and political risk programs on both an excess of loss and quota share basis.

Specialty reinsurance, including Offshore Marine and Energy, Terrorism and Agriculture, is offered from our operations in Bermuda, Ireland and the UK.

Marine and Offshore Energy

We provide coverage for a variety of marine and energy risks, including hull, cargo and liability, both onshore and offshore. We write quota share and excess of loss, as well as retrocessional business.

Terrorism

We write terrorism coverage on an excess of loss basis, including nuclear, radiological, biological and chemical (NRBC) coverage when priced appropriately.
